October 5, 2024 at 4:33 P.M. a 34 year old Male of Lancaster, PA unlawfully restrained the victim, 37 year old Female of Lititz, PA. The arrestee was charged accordingly by PA State Police at Lancaster. Involved was a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas.
