DUI In Quarryville

On March 28, 2023 at 12:11 AM Pennsylvania State Police, Lancaster Patrol Unit initiated a traffic stop in the entrance way of 221 West Fourth Street, near the intersections of West Fourth Street and South Summit Avenue in Quarryville Borough, Lancaster County, PA. During this traffic stop, the operator, 39 year old female from Quarryville operating a 2013 Hyundai was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. A consented search of the vehicle was also conducted after the operator was advised of her Miranda warnings, to which drug paraphernalia was seized. Appropriate charges have been filed to Magisterial District Court 02-3-04, according to a release report by Trooper Warren.
