The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that expansion joint repairs scheduled to start this week on Route 30 in Lancaster County have been rescheduled. The work limits are from Centerville Road in East Hempfield Township to Oak View Road in East Lampeter Township.
Weather permitting, this work will now begin the night of Monday, October 27, and continue from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday through Friday nights for about six weeks.
At least one lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction of Route 30.
Motorists should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone.
New Enterprise Stone and Lime Company, Inc., of New Enterprise, PA, is the contractor for this work.
