June 2, 2024 2:46 P.M. State Police at Avondale, PA dispatched Troopers to a one vehicle crash in the area of 1478 State Road in Elk Township, Chester County. Upon arrival, PSP Troopers located a pickup truck on its roof and made contact with the operator. The operator showed signs of impairment. Troopers took the operator into custody for DUI where he was processed and released.
