On October 30, 2022 at 12:10 A.M. Troopers from PSP- Avondale were notified that there was an erratic driver swerving in and out of lanes and in the area of U.S. Route 1 and PA Route 41 (Gap-Newport Pike). The operator was found to be driving under the influence and charges were filed in MDJ 15-3-04.
