On June 24, 2024 at approximately 7:06 P.M. Troopers from PSP Embreeville were dispatched to the 4600 Block of Horseshoe Pike, Honey Brook Borough, Chester County for the report of a male antagonizing citizens along the street. Troopers issued the male a Non-Traffic Citation for Disorderly Conduct.
