October 1, 2024 at 1:25 A.M. Pennsylvania State Police Lancaster Patrol Unit initiated a traffic stop of a 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche operated by a 60 year old Male of Willow Street, PA at Lampeter Road and Millport Road in West Lampeter Township. Through further investigation. it was determined that the operator was under the influence of a controlled substance. The operator was transported to Lancaster General Hospital for a chemical test of blood and subsequently released. Charges will be filed, according to State Police.
