September 28, 2024 at 7:30 P.M. Troopers operating a Lancaster Patrol Unit stopped a vehicle in the 5000 block of Mine Road in Sadsbury Township, Lancaster County. The driver, identified as Jamie Cehlar, Female, 46 years of age, from Paradise, PA was deemed by PA State Troopers to be under the influence, so was arrested, processed and charged.
