WAS LOCATED ON OR BEFORE 02/20/2024 1643 ET- SEARCH CONCLUDED

The West Goshen Police Department is attempting to locate Timothy Edward Balch, 19 years of age, 5 feet 10 inches tall. One hundred thirty pounds. Brown hair, Blue eyes. Balch was last known to be in the Phoenixville area of Chester County on or about February 13, 2026. According to the West Goshen Township Police Department, it’s possible that Balch may have traveled to the City of Philadelphia shortly thereafter.
