On 9/17/2022 at 1:49 A.M. Troopers from PSP Avondale report they were patrolling and observed a black vehicle parked at Chrome Barrens Preserve Park, 700 Block Barren Road, East Nottingham Township, Chester County. While on scene, PSP-Avondale made contact with the driver, 28 year old male from Gilbert, Arizona and determined the driver possessed narcotics and was arrested without incident, State Police report. Operator was taken into custody and charged accordingly.
