On April 22, 2023 around 6:56 AM, Pennsylvania State Police at Lancaster report that they responded to a residence along Winter Hill Road in Strasburg Township, Lancaster County for the Complainant reporting that a unwanted individual might be within their shed. Upon arriving, the shed was observed to appear to be entered / exited and have no one located within. PSP Lancaster is investigating.
