At 3:35 PM on July 21, 2024 Troopers were dispatched to the Walmart located at 100 Commons Drive in West Sadsbury Township, Chester County for the report of a retail theft. Their report indicated $251.50 credit for returned items was stolen from the store. Troopers are investigating.

On July 3, 2024 at 7:30 PM PA State Troopers performed a traffic stop on a car in the area of 505 West Uwchlan Avenue, Uwchlan Township, Chester County, PA. The stop was conducted on a 2012 Hyundai Elantra for equipment violations and a suspended operator. The operator was also in possession of a drug paraphernalia for smoking controlled stimulants. The Operator of the vehicle also had multiple warrants.

PA State Police at Embreeville stated that they arrested a 56 year old Male of Coatesville, PA. He was taken into custody for his warrants and the contraband was entered into evidence.

On July 1, 2024 at 6:45 PM, PA State Police at Embreeville reported that Troopers were dispatched to a location along Horseshoe Pike in Honey Brook Township, Chester County for the report of threatening statements via telephone toward the Victim, a fifteen year old female. A Juvenile Allegation completed and sent to Chester County Juvenile Probation office. The Arrestee was identified in the report as a fourteen year old Female from Honey Brook, PA.

PA State Police Troopers at Avondale were dispatched to the 3000 block of Limestone Road in West Fallowfield Township, Chester County at 4:22 PM on July 27, 2024 for the report of an erratic driver. Upon arrival, Troopers made contact with the Operator of the vehicle. Through investigation, the Operator showed signs of impairment and was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substances. Arrested and Charged is a Male, 37 of Quarryville, PA. Operating a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.

  • Tuesday, August 6, and Wednesday, August 7, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Ewing Road will be closed between Route 926 (Street Road) and Route 10 (Limestone Road)  in Upper Oxford Township, Chester County, for pipe replacement. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Route 926 (Street Road) and Route 10 (Limestone Road). Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
