On 09/02/2023, Troopers from the Lancaster PSP Barracks stopped a vehicle in Manor Township for vehicle code violations. The operator of a 2006 Chevrolet, 17 year old Male from Penbrook, PA was found to be impaired and summarily arrested. Troopers are charging.
