Terroristic Threats in West Nottingham Township

PA State Police was dispatched to Ponds Edge Drive in West Nottingham Township, Chester County, PA on October 8, 2022 at 9:29 PM to assist EMS with a female who was unconscious for unknown reasons. EMS further related that the female’s husband was threatening EMS personnel. State police reported that upon arrival of Troopers they observed a male who was intoxicated and irate. The male was removed from the scene and charges will be filed for Terroristic Threats.

 

Victim: 48, M, Glen Mills, PA

 

Arrestee: Richard Banker, 52, M, West Grove, PA
