Suicide Attempt At Phoenixville Wal-Mart Supercenter

On October 14, 2025 at approximately 6:16 P.M. State Police report there was an attempt of suicide in the parking lot of Walmart Supercenter, East Marlborough Township. Upon arrival, it was determined the victim attempted to swallow a multitude of anti-depressant pills in an effort to kill or harm themselves. It was determined they successfully swallowed up to two pills. They were transported to Chester County Hospital where a 302 Involuntary Mental Health Commitment was completed. Pennsylvania State Police is handling the investigation.
