...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT MANY LOCATIONS ACROSS LANCASTER
COUNTY THROUGH 600 AM EDT...

At 514 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking numerous strong
thunderstorms along and to the east of a line extending from Lititz
to Willow Street to 13 miles southeast of Millersville to 12 miles
north of Havre De Grace. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Localized wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lancaster, Ephrata, Lititz, Millersville, Willow Street, New Holland,
Manheim, East Petersburg, Akron, Leola, Paradise,
Salunga-Landisville, Denver, Reamstown, Rothsville, Strasburg,
Quarryville, Gap, Adamstown and Brickerville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding where 2 or more storms track across the same
area. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
