...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM EDT
FOR CENTRAL LANCASTER...SOUTHEASTERN LEBANON AND SOUTHEASTERN YORK
COUNTIES...

At 814 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Millersville,
moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Lancaster, Ephrata, Columbia, Lititz, Millersville, Mount Joy, Red
Lion, New Holland, Manheim, Akron, Willow Street and Leola.

This includes the following Interstates...
 The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 271 to 294.
 Interstate 83 from mile markers 0 to 8.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
