State Police at Lancaster report that Zachary Wilson, Male, 20 of Lutherville, Maryland was intoxicated when he left an event in the 800 block of Lancaster Pike, Providence Twp at 11:12 PM. While backing back to his vehicle, State Police report he deliberately ran into traffic and fell. While lying in the roadway he became unconscious and emergency services were summoned to the scene. Wilson was transported by ambulance to the hospital for treatment. Wilson is charged with Public Drunkenness, a summary offense.
