State Police at Lancaster reported that Andrew Brent Tavel, A Tier Once Megan’s Law Registrant, failed to appear during his verification window 12/30/2025 – 01/08/2026. Tavel last updated his Megan’s Law registry on 01/04/2025. Tavel was pronounced deceased on 11/03/2025, according to State Police.
