OCCURRED 6/24/2018 BETWEEN 1710 HRS AND 1745 HRS

On the above listed date and between the listed time, the victim stated that while she was loading her children into her vehicle she put her bag on the ground. Once the children were in the vehicle the victim left leaving the bag lying in the street. When she realized she had left it behind, she returned but was unable to locate the bag.

Reporting person/victim (property ower) stated that the rent money from his tenant that he had locked in his safe was missing. Warren Osborn III, 44, of the 300 block of W Lemon St, Lancaster, PA was arrested and charged with one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking (M1).
