This crash occurred on July 6, 2023 at 10:06 PM along PA Route 372/ Water Street in Christiana Borough, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania as Unit 1, operated by a unknown person was traveling southbound in the area just north of the parking spaces for 26 Water Street. At this time, Operator 1 struck the cement curb with it’s passenger side tire(s) in the area just north of a speed limit sign located in the berm of the southbound lane. This caused Unit 1 to lose control and continue southeast into the northbound lane, before continuing into the grass berm located at 26 Water Street. Unit 1 then struck the rock wall located approximately 6-feet into the grass berm with it’s driver’s side front headlight area. This force caused several large rocks to be dislodged from the rock wall which struck Unit 2 on it’s driver’s side rear door and possibly Unit 3 with it’s driver’s side panel (unknown exact location). Unit 1 then continued south on Water Street to an unknown location.
