On June 17, 2024 at 9:45 AM Pennsylvania State Police at Lancaster were dispatched to the 3400 block of Main Street in Conestoga Township, Lancaster County, PA for a report of a dispute between two neighbors. Upon arrival of Pennsylvania State Police, the two neighbors were separated and inside their residence. Through investigation it was determined the arrestee, Amy Esbenshade, 41 of Conestoga, PA had shoved the victim, a 53 year old female from Conestoga, PA during this altercation. The victim took a video of this incident with their cell phone. No injuries were reported by either party. A harassment NTC will be filed through district court 02-2-06.
