The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northern Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  South central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 800 PM EDT.

* At 359 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the
  areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Chester, Glassboro, Pennsville, Pitman, Clayton,
  Carneys Point, Elsmere, New Castle, Penns Grove, Woodstown,
  Swedesboro, Elmer, Newport, Arden, Stanton, North Star,
  Talleyville, Wilmington Manor and Elam.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
