Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware... Northern Salem County in southern New Jersey... Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey... South central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Southwestern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania... * Until 800 PM EDT. * At 359 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain. * Some locations that could experience flooding include... Wilmington, Chester, Glassboro, Pennsville, Pitman, Clayton, Carneys Point, Elsmere, New Castle, Penns Grove, Woodstown, Swedesboro, Elmer, Newport, Arden, Stanton, North Star, Talleyville, Wilmington Manor and Elam.
