West central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania... * Until 815 PM EDT. * At 510 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to 1.25 inch of rain has already fallen. * Some locations that could experience flooding include... Coatesville, Parkesburg, Honey Brook, Atglen and Christiana. Additional rainfall of less than one inch is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
