The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  South central Lancaster County in south central Pennsylvania...

* Until 400 AM EDT

* At 100 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Wakefield, Holtwood, Little Britain and Peach Bottom.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
