The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
  areas, Adams, Lancaster, and York.

* Through late tonight

* Scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely to affect the
  area this afternoon and especially this evening. Some of the
  thunderstorms could produce torrential downpours and localized
  flooding.
