Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Willow Street, New Holland, Paradise, Shrewsbury, Strasburg, Quarryville, Stewartstown, Gap, Delta, Wakefield, Cross Roads, Churchtown, Railroad, Brogue, Smithville, Holtwood, Sunnyburn, Shenks Ferry, Safe Harbor and Susquehanna Trails.
