This rainfall will cause mainly urban flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lancaster, York, Weigelstown, Columbia, Millersville, Willow Street, Red Lion, New Holland, Spry, East Petersburg, Dallastown, Shiloh, East York, Leola, Stonybrook-Wilshire, Paradise, West York, Salunga-Landisville, Maytown and Shrewsbury. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
