In the commission of this crime, it was found that on 07/16/2022 at approximately 1554 hours, the suspect, attempted to purchase a firearm at the Kerper’s Gun Shop/ The store conducted a background check of the suspect via the Pennsylvania Instant Check System (PICs). The suspect was denied the transaction.
