This crash occurred as a 2012 Honda Civic was traveling North on U.S. Route 1, north of the exit for PA ROute 82 in Kennett Township, Chester County, PA. At 8:16 A.M. on November 13, 2022 Brison J. Hunter Chamberlain, 18 of Claymont, Delaware was traveling at a suspected high rate of speed when the vehicle he was operating left the roadway for an unknown reason, The Civic exited the south side of the roadway and impacted brush and multiple trees causing the vehicle to flip. Unit one then came to its final rest right side up and against a tree on the driver’s side of the vehicle. The operator of the vehicle was pronounced deceased on scene.
