DUI ON VIEW OF DRUGS IN EAST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP

September 29th at 2:59 A.M. a 23 year old Male from Lancaster, PA was arrested following a traffic stop conducted by Pennsylvania State Polive along Lincoln Highway East in East Lampeter Township, Lancaster County. State Police stopped his vehicle for code violations. Through further investigation it was determined by State Police that the unidentified operated was under the influence of a controlled substance. The operator was transported to Lancaster General Hospital for a chemical blood test. The operator was then transported to Lancaster County Prision for an Active Arrest Warrant. Charges will be filed by PSP Lancaster. Towed was the Arrestee’s Vehicle, 2015 Acura TLX.
