On August 5, 2023 PA State Police Troopers stopped a vehicle in East Hempfield Township along U.S. 30 East at 12:33 A.M. for a Vehicle Code Violation on a 2011 BMW. The operator, 40, Female from Columbia, PA was found to be impaired and arrested.
