State Police at Lancaster report that they were dispatched to the 2900 block of White Oak Road in Strasburg Township, Lancaster County for a two-vehicle crash with entrapment. According to State Police, the crash took place around 10:16 A.M. on November 3, 2025. They further report that through the course of their investigation, it was determined that Unit 1, 2018 Gray Ford Escape, operated by Shane Weller, 29 of Leola, PA did not yield the right of way while attempting to enter White Oak Road. The vehicle crashed into the passenger side of Unit 2, 2023 Black Nissan Rogue, Operated by a 75 year-old male from Coatesville . A 68 year-old female passenger, also from Coatesville was trapped in the vehicle and was transported to Lancaster General Hospital for minor injuries, according to State Police. The operator, Shane Weller displayed signs of drug impairment, according to the report. A search of Weller’s vehicle yielded a small amount of marijuana and charges were filed, State Police concluded in the report.
