On May 29, 2024 PSP Members responded to a residence on Elkdale Road in East Nottingham Township, Chester County. A dog ran off the property and bit a pedestrian. The owner of the neighboring dog was cited for a dog law violation.
Restitution for medical costs associated with this incident.
Persons Involved: Arrestee: 38, Male of Lincoln University, PA and Victim: 68, Female of Lincoln University.
