Chester County is currently offering PCR (nasal swab) diagnostic tests. Testing is available for individuals who have COVID-19 symptoms or who have had a known exposure to someone with COVID-19 and live or work in Chester County. Testing will be offered at multiple sites throughout the week.

Note: Schedule is subject to change. If you do not see a date or location on the registration site, registration for that date or location is FULL. Please register for a different site or different date. Only registered individuals will be tested.

Results are available to you in the following ways:

  • Mail – You will receive a copy of your test result via mail to your home address that you provided.
  • HNL Portal – You have access to the HNL patient portal to see your result as soon as it is available.
    • If you provided a unique email address at the testing site, the lab will send a validation e-mail in 1-2 business days with a link to set up your online portal. This is the fastest way to receive results, and allows the lab to enter your personal information from the testing site into the portal.
    • If you did not provide your email address at the testing site, wait at least 48 hours after your test to create your account.
  • COVID-19 Positive Results – If you have a positive result, you will be called by the Chester County Health Department Disease Investigation team to complete an investigation and contact tracing.
