Breaking: Susquehanna River Rescue – Drumore Township

On June 7, 2024 Lancaster County-Wide Communications reported at 12:12 AM that there was a person stranded on the Susquehanna River. A Water Boat Rescue is currently underway with units from Lancaster County station 58, 89 and 99 responding as of this report. WNUZ will follow up with LCWC for details at a later time, after the incident has concluded and new information is available to report.
