On April 5, 2023 at 12:32 AM State Police Troop J Lancaster Patrol Unit Troopers initiated a traffic stop in the area of 598 Millwood Road, Pequea Township, Lancaster County. Through further investigation, it was determined that the operator of the vehicle, Jeffrey Johns, was under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances. Johns was transported to Lancaster General Hospital for a chemical test of blood. Johns was then transported to Lancaster County Prison on an active warrant. Charges were prepared and filed through District Court 02-3-03.
