In northeast Maryland, Caroline, Cecil, Kent MD, Queen\n Annes, and Talbot. In southern New Jersey, Atlantic, Atlantic\n Coastal Cape May, Camden, Cape May, Coastal Atlantic, Coastal\n Ocean, Cumberland, Gloucester, Northwestern Burlington, Ocean,\n Salem, and Southeastern Burlington. In southeast Pennsylvania,\n Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Philadelphia,\n Western Chester, and Western Montgomery.\n\n* From 6 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.\n\n* Light to moderate rainfall will develop across the area this\n afternoon. The rainfall is expected to become heavier later this\n evening into the overnight hours. A total of 1 to 2 inches of\n rain are expected across portions of the area.
