NOTICE: This form will become a part of our station records in perpetuity. Any and all information obtained may be used during the course of our investigation. By completing this form you agree and consent to information you’re providing being true, accurate and to the best of your knowledge. You furthermore authorize WNUZ, its affiliates, agents or volunteers to investigate your claim(s), contact you by telephone between 9:30 A.M. and 4:P.M. ET during the Monday through Friday week to discuss the complaint or by e-mail and/or U.S. Mail.

 

WILLFUL FALSE REPORTS MAY RESULT IN CIVIL OR CRIMINAL ACTION

Notwithstanding claims of harmful interference or potential code violations, complaints outside of the WNUZ-LP 60 dBu contour may be dismissed as they are outside of our service protection area and may not be subject to a station administered solution or resolution. In which case, a member of the engineering unit will advise you to the best of our ability
