On August 31, 2023 at 12:15 PM Trooper Amiee Yandrisevits was waiting in line for food at the Daily Grind in Quarryville Borough, PA. At this time, Derek Baker entered the Daily Grind and asked if the police vehicle belonged to her. After relating it did, Baker proceeded to insist she shut off the vehicle while it is parked because it is his tax payer money paying for the gas. After explaining why police vehicles must remain running, Baker continued to yell and cause a scene inside the restaurant. Baker was subsequently charged with Disorderly Conduct.
