STAFF REPORT

WEST CHESTER, PA (WLRI) – In a press release obtained by WLRI, West Chester Police Department  reported that “on July 17, 2019 at approximately 6:00 PM, West Chester Police officers were dispatched to the area of S. Penn St. and E. Barnard St. for the report of an attempted kidnapping of a juvenile. The juvenile described the male as white, approximately 5’4”, in his 40’s, bald head with black hair on the sides, black beard, and wearing a white t-shirt. The white male was last seen driving a gray sedan, possibly a Kia, east on Barnard St. toward Bolmar St.  This incident is under investigation by West Chester Police Department.” Anyone with information should contact the West Chester Police Department at  610-692-7574  .
