Two Lancaster County men were recently sentenced to state prior for possessing child pornography and obscene materials.
– Christopher R. Brezinski, of Lancaster, will serve 8 to 16 years in prison, in exchange for guilty pleas to two counts of obscene materials and criminal use of a cellphone.
Manheim Township police charged Brezinski, 42, after a probation officer provided information about the illegal materials. Numerous photographs were found on Brezinski’s cellphone.
Lancaster County Judge Howard Knisely accepted the plea terms and ordered sentence.
Manheim Township police Detective Sgt. Keith Kreider filed charges.
– Luis E. Soto, 45, will serve 3 to 6 years in prison regarding a February trial conviction on four felonies.
Ephrata police and the Lancaster County Computer Crimes Task Force found 854 images and 10 videos on Soto’s cellphone.
Lancaster County Judge Merrill Spahn Jr., who presided over the trial, ordered sentence.
Ephrata police filed charges.
Assistant District Attorney Janie Swinehart prosecuted both cases.
